Proposed Tags for Bibliographic Description of MRDF and Sources

This file describes a set of bibliographic data elements intended to be
useful for bibliographic description of sources of machine-readable
texts; it is inspired by the general structure of ISBD(G) but elides
many of the distinctions found there and in other codes of bibliographic
and cataloguing practice.
 
In the rules which follow:
