TEI terminological data DTD fragment controls the inclusion, in the DTD, of element and attribute declarations for terminological data. 用語集向けの要素宣言と属性宣言を，DTDに埋め込む制御を行う．

To include elements and attributes for terminological data in the DTD, the user should declare this entity with a value of INCLUDE; this will override the default.
