TEI prose DTD fragment controls the inclusion, in the DTD, of element and attribute declarations for prose. 散文向けの要素宣言と属性宣言を，DTDに埋め込む制御を行う．

To include elements and attributes for prose in the DTD, the user should declare this entity with a value of INCLUDE; this will override the default.

散文向けに要素と属性をDTDに組み込むには，当該エンティティ宣言の値 をINCLUDEとする必要がある．これにより，デフォルト値は上書き される．
