TEI `mixed' base DTD fragment controls the inclusion, in the DTD, of element and attribute declarations for the mixed combined base. 混合タグ集合(mixed)向け要素宣言と属性宣言を，DTD に埋め込む制御を行う．

To include elements and attributes for the mixed base in the DTD, the user should declare this entity with a value of INCLUDE; this will override the default.

混合タグ集合(mixed)向けの要素と属性をDTDに組み込むには，当該エンティティ宣言の値をINCLUDEとする必要がある．これにより，デフォルト値は上書きされる．
