This release has the use set of small fixes to the reference part
of the Guidelines, fixes to the build tools, and associated updates to
the processing stylesheets. The examples in French for most elements
(thanks Jean-Luc Benoit and the French I18N team from AFNOR) are now
merged into the Guidelines and visible in the documentation.
The table below lists other changes which affect generated schemas.
