                Minimal Table(s) of Contents for TEI P2

Two possible stripped-down tables of contents are given:  a very short
and a 'long' stripped down version with almost everything in the full
table of contents.  The chapter numbers given are those of the full
version (current version of ED W23), so it is possible to deduce which
chapters have been omitted from each cut-down version.
